Phychologist: The Ideal Professional
Physical description: The ideal phsycologist has to be an outgoing person. Doesn't have to have an specific physical features but needs to be skilled person to perform this beautiful work. The “ideal” therapist would be a person of unusual honesty and integrity. This is not simply a matter of trying to tell the truth: the therapist must have developed considerable self-knowledge, recognizing and accepting an objective view of both negative and positive traits in his or her personality. His/her daily routine: Wake Up, get up and away we go. Meditation and breathing practice. Sit in front of my light box. Gym. Drive to work. Psychotherapy. More patients, meet with staff, attend meetings, read and write emails. Drive home, eat dinner, help clean up, talk with partner, read the newspaper, and chat with children. A long day!
